The objective of the fund is to rebuild the economy with the focus on youth-owned enterprises that have been impacted through looting or demolished business structures.
The NYDA, considering the recent looting and violence has established the Youth Enterprise Rebuilding Fund to support Youth Owned Enterprises who have no form of insurance cover.
The nyda funding is specifically established to ensure that South African (SA) youth owned enterprises who are affected can return to business operation as soon as is practically possible.
The Fund is reserved for youth owned businesses in Gauteng and Kwa-Zulu Natal.
The Fund will exist alongside other forms of government support to business and jobs in this challenging time
