Job Title: Personal Assistant
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Effectively manage Office operations including Staff welfare
- Manage quality control
- Run errands
- Be able to document and run reports using Microsoft office tools.
- Send emails properly and emotionally intelligent in responding to queries and inquiries.
- Maintaining comprehensive and accurate corporate records, documents, and reports.
- Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation.
Requirements
- HND/ Bachelor’s Degree in related fields
- Must have 1-4 years work experience
- Candidate should have some sort of leadership experience
- Candidate should have experience in the fashion experience
- Candidate should be prepared to work under pressure
- Problem solving and critical thinking are the required soft skill
- Proximity to job location
Salary
N50,000 – N80,000 / Month.
Job Title: Social Media Manager
Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
- Manage and oversee social media content
- Must be able to create Graphics for Ad campaigns using either Canva or Corel Draw
- Is responsible for the growth of all social media platforms
- Should be to attract the right kind of audience to the platforms provided
- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
- Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
Work Days:
- 3 days physical and 2 days virtual
- Work tools will be provided including a meal per day.
Requirements
- HND/ Bachelor’s Degree in related fields
- Candidate will be required to provide a portfolio of previous work
- Candidate should look and sound the part
- Candidate should be willing to provide exposure wherever possible
- Problem solving and critical thinking are the required soft skill

Salary
N60,000 – N70,000 / Month.

Job Title: Dispatch Supervisor
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Will effectively manage 42 delivery agents, including training, policy, and procedure enforcement.
- Effectively implement best practices for delivery agents to help streamline operations.
- Track failed delivery by calling the customer to confirm if indeed they canceled the order
- Supervise daily operations and ensure delivery agents provide the highest quality service according to the policies and procedures.
- Respond to delivery agent’s inquiries appropriately and promptly.
- Supervise all 42 delivery agents to make sure all deliveries are made on time and effectively
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Degree with 1-5 years work experience.
- Candidate should have some sort of leadership experience
- Candidate should have with a courier service in the past
- The role is virtual but work hours/days are Monday to Saturday 8 AM – 6 PM
- Problem solving and critical thinking are the required soft skill
Monthly Salary
NGN35,000 – NGN50,000.
