We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: E-Commerce Customer Service Officer
Location: Oregun, Lagos
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer web inquiries regarding online merchandise or service order.
- Assist customers with product selection.
- Suggest various product options that available.
- Document customer problems and inputs in the ticketing system.
- Ensure prompt and proper resolution of customer queries by providing additional information.
- Escalating /engaging others in the organization to provide a solution according to defined procedures.
Specification
- B.Sc / HND in any related discipline
- 2 years of e-commerce customer service experience
- Must have e-commerce experience form from any of the e-commerce Companies in Nigeria
- Candidates resing around Ikeja and its environs is preferable.
