Job Title: Refrigerated Truck Driver
Location: Ogun
Duties and Responsibilities
- Safely transport food supplies that must be kept under refrigerated conditions.
- Monitoring the freight throughout the trip.
- Keep track of the temperature in the truck. And report any anomalies and wait for the next line of action
- Responsible for loading and unloading food supplies
- Keeping logs of miles travelled, fuel consumption, truck temperatures and stops made.
- Ensure truck is serviced as and when due
- Report any faults, accidents and near-miss to the Admin Manager.
Requirement
- Candidates should possess an OND qualification.
Job Title: Technical Maintenance Officer
Location: Ogun
Duties and Responsibilities
- Servicing of all Air conditioners every 2 months and filling the gas when necessary.
- Daily checks on appliances and equipment to ensure they are in perfect working condition (Air Conditioners, switches, sockets Refrigerators).
- Tack and record usage of the power generating sets to know when they are due for servicing and arrange for servicing with the contractors.
- Perform minor repairs on equipment or appliances.
- Responsible for supervising all planned preventative maintenance in the office.
- Detect and report the need for major maintenance repairs and supervise any repair work done by any contractor/Vendor.
- Carry out minor plumbing including unblocking sinks gutters and drains etc
- Carry out minor electrical repairs, fittings, and installations.
- Regularly check work areas as well as external areas for any potential danger to staff and report same to the Admin Manager
- Track usage of maintenance supplies and ensure prompt requisition for supplies.
- Undertake light installation or carpentry (e.g., cabinets, drawers, and shelves)
Requirement
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification.
Job Title: Chief Security Officer (CSO)
Location: Ogun
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate security efforts across the company.
- Identify security initiatives and standards.
- Develop procedures to ensure physical safety of employees and visitors.
- Ensure security is maintained and updated.
- Prioritize security initiatives.
- Develop emergency procedures and incident responses.
- Investigate security breaches.
- Implement disciplinary procedures.
- Conduct audits to find holes in security platform.
- Create global security policy, standards, guidelines and procedures to ensure ongoing maintenance of security.
Requirement
- Candidates should possess an OND qualification.
Job Title: Farm Manager
Location: Ogun
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assign workers to duties, such as collecting eggs, feeding birds, cleaning, and fumigating bird houses.
- Ensuring proper lighting and ventilation in the bird house
- Ensure dead or sick birds are removed to avoid spread of disease.
- Monitoring broiler behavior to detect any signs of illness.
- Transporting broilers to processing plants
- Restocking enclosures with young birds
- Keeping detailed record of activities
- Supervising and managing performance of subordinates
- Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards of the farm.
Qualification and Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 5 months live poultry experience in a similar environment
- Good leadership and supervisory skill
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize task and workload.
- Self-starter who demonstrates strong initiative and sense of urgency.
