Job Title: Sales Representative (NYSC)
Location: Lagos

Responsibilities / Skills
- Lead generation and follow up on all requests for quotes and solutions, actively pursuing lead generation activities.
- Developing and maintaining a consistent pipeline of sales of fiber/Radio to private homeowners, office SME.
- Scheduling meetings with prospects.
- Minimum sales of 10 new links per day.
- Coordinating with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort
- Establishing, maintaining, expanding and taking ownership of Customer relationships.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to use Microsoft Office Package.
- Completing all administrative tasks.
- Maintaining a well-developed pipeline of prospects.
- Achieving net churn of targets.
- Prioritizing deals to maintain targets.
Job Title: Fiber Optic Engineer
Location: Lagos Island, Lagos
Coverage: Lekki to Ajah
Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret technical drawings.
- Splicing and to calculate loss budgets on fiber.
- Install, repair and resolve all fiber optics related activities.
- Identify fiber related issues and organize routine scheduled maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve outages using all Fiber Optics testing materials (OTDR, VFL, power source, power meter, e.t.c).
Qualifications
- First Degree in Electrical Electronics, Computer Science or any IT related course.
- 2-3 years experience in Fiber optic deployment and management.
Required Skills / Abilities:
- Learning on the Fly
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Must be intelligent and work driven
- Good written and oral communications skills
- Must be result oriented
- Excellent listenings skills
- Ability to drive (Manual and Automatic) .
Job Title: Radio Frequency Engineer
Location: Lagos Island, Lagos
Coverage: Lekki to Ajah
Responsibilities
- To design, deploy and optimize wireless communication systems.
Qualifications
- First Degree in Electrical Electronics, Computer Science or any IT related course.
- 2-3 years experience in RF deployment.
Abilities:
- Ability to understand cell site design and LTE networking and Radio frequency design circuitry.
- Ability to understand and study wireless network parameters, problem-solving and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in office.
- Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication.
- Ability to work in a team and ability to prioritize workload.
